Acer has re-entered the fierce PC gaming market after launching new Predator and Nitro laptops, desktops, and other gaming gear at IFA 2025 in Berlin. Featured here is the Predator Helios 18P AI laptop that is built not only for gaming but also for AI computing and content creation.
The Helios 18P AI can be configured with Intel Core Ultra 9 Processor 285HX, up to 192 GB EEC memory, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. It also has storage of up to 6 TB PCIe Gen 5 SSD. The market price can exceed ₱250,000 depending on the configuration.
The new lineup also includes the Predator Orion 7000 and Orion 5000 desktops, Predator X27U F8 monitor with 720 Hz refresh rate, and the large Predator Z57 curved MiniLED display with 7680 x 2160 resolution.
For a more affordable option, Nitro laptops and monitors were also on display. Highlights include the Nitro GA321QK P and GA341CUR W0 smart monitors that can be used as 4K Google TV. The Nitro V 16 laptop comes with Intel Core 9 270H, RTX 5070 GPU, up to 32 GB DDR5 RAM, and 2 TB SSD, which can start at a price of ₱85,000. There's also the Nitro V 16S for new gamers, and the Nitro 70 and Nitro 50 desktops with AMD Ryzen processors and cooler systems.
Overall, Acer showcased the latest gaming innovations that are not only for hardcore gamers but also for creators and people looking for multifunctional devices for work and entertainment.
