
The Pag-IBIG Fund has launched a super sale for over 30,000 foreclosed properties. As part of the Expanded National Housing for Filipinos (4PH) Program, they are offering up to 40% discount to make owning a home more affordable for Filipino workers.
For occupied units, there is a 40% discount when paying in cash (from ₱1M, it will be only ₱600K). If paying in installments, there is a 30% discount, and if using the Pag-IBIG housing loan, there is a 20% discount. As for unoccupied units, there is a 35% discount for cash, 25% discount for installments, and 15% discount for housing. loan.
Current residents of foreclosed properties are also allowed to purchase them at a lower price or lease for up to 3 years if they cannot afford to pay. According to Pag-IBIG, this aims to give families peace of mind to have legal ownership of their homes.
