In the Marikina River, the water has reached 15 meters, so it has been raised to first alarm. When it reaches 16 meters, residents living near the river will be notified to evacuate. If it reaches 18 meters, forced evacuation will be implemented.
PAGASA also warned that the La Mesa Dam in Quezon City is about to overflow. As of Monday morning, it was at 76.6 meters, almost reaching the 80.1-meter spilling level.
Continue to exercise caution, especially in flood-prone areas. The public is also reminded to follow local government announcements.
