A radio broadcaster in Mindanao, Erwin Labitad Segovia, 63, was shot and killed on Monday while returning home from his morning broadcast. Segovia was known as the host of a program discussing social and local government issues on Radio WOW FM.
According to police, two men riding a motorcycle followed and shot Segovia. The suspects have not yet been identified, and the investigation is ongoing. A Special Investigation Task Group has been formed to look into the case.
