The log truck from Final Destination suddenly appeared on Commonwealth Avenue!
In a viral TikTok video by Rhys (@rhyszxc), a log truck can be seen that looks like it's straight out of the movie. While driving in Quezon City, he saw this truck and even overtook it!
But don't worry—it's not really loaded.
The truck in question is part of a promo campaign for the new horror film ‘Final Destination: Bloodlines’. There are fake logs on the back and top of the truck to make it look dangerous, like the iconic scene in “Final Destination 2.”
“Spotted in Commonwealth. Promotion, hellaur???”
That's Rhys' caption for his TikTok post that immediately went viral! It reached 720,600 likes, 36,200 bookmarks, and 3,000 comments. Even the film's official account commented “Very brave of you.”
Many netizens also related and laughed.
“This is trauma again!” said one. “Their marketing is terrible,” according to another. This creative and terrifying promo really became a topic of conversation.
The sneak preview of the film will be available on May 9 and 10.
“Final Destination: Bloodlines” stars Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, and others. Officially released on May 14 in theaters in the Philippines!
