Workers and domestic workers in Central Luzon will receive additional wages starting October 30, 2025, according to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The increase is between ₱50 to ₱80 per day.
The first tranche of the wage increase is ₱20 to ₱40 which will be given on the day the wage order comes into effect. The second tranche is ₱30 to ₱40 which will be implemented on April 16, 2026.
Except for the province of Aurora, the minimum wage in Central Luzon will increase to ₱570 for non-agriculture, ₱540 in agriculture, and ₱560 in retail and service sectors. By the second tranche, it will increase to ₱600 (non-agriculture), ₱570 (agriculture), and ₱590 (retail/service).
In Aurora, wages will increase to ₱540 for non-agriculture, ₱515 in agriculture, and ₱475 in retail and service sectors after the first tranche.
As for housekeepers, their wages will be increased by ₱500, bringing their minimum wage to ₱6,500 per month.
