AMAKUNI, a well-known Japanese model brand, has launched a new 超機神 始源我王凱牙, a mecha with full transformation and motorized mechanisms. It is expected to be released from December 2026 to January 2027, exclusively for pre-order. The new design is completely new and more detailed compared to the previous version, standing 30 cm tall for a more dramatic effect.
The story of 始源我王凱牙 takes place on the planet Green Star, where it was created to fight the artificial warriors of Red Star. In the midst of a crisis called “Machine World Sublimation”, some of the mecha were modified to serve as protection against the invading machines. As a result, the main mecha and its companion Crane survived by escaping to Earth.
This model includes Crane and five mecha units, each with beautiful colors, details, and movable joints. Crane can be transformed without the need for replacement parts and can also combine with other mecha units, recreating iconic poses from the anime.
All six units can be combined into a 30 cm tall 始源我王凱牙, with additional stylized details and color variations. There are two types of head parts that can be replaced, and the wings, wrists, and drill knees have motorized rotation that displays dynamic attack motions. The hands are five-fingered fully articulated, allowing for more detailed and lifelike poses, including the iconic “Heaven & Hell” move and other weapons.
The AMAKUNI 超機神 始源我王凱牙 is made of die-cast alloy, ABS, PVC, PA, and POM, stands 30 cm tall, and is priced at 88,000 yen (tax included). The design and prototype were done by Miyauchi Toshinao, with color finishing by Hayakawa Yoji. Mecha fans are looking forward to this revolutionary and collectible figure for their collection in 2026.
