This year, Seiko is celebrating its 145th anniversary by launching four limited-edition timepieces. Each watch from the King Seiko, Prospex, Presage,, and Astron series is designed to honor the pioneering spirit of founder Kintaro Hattori. Inspired by the brand's history dating back to 1881, the models feature gold-colored accents and historic design cues, from the silhouette of the first pocket watch to the delicate engravings of early timepieces. The watches will begin their global release this February 2026 at Glamritz.
The Seiko Presage Classic Series “Craftsmanship” Enamel Dial (SPB538) is directly inspired by the brand's first pocket watch from 1895. It features a smooth white enamel dial, slender Roman numerals, and onion crown, housed in a 35mm stainless steel case. The bezel features intricate detailing reminiscent of the original design. A box-shaped sapphire crystal and pull-through leather strap from sustainable LWG-certified tanneries enhance this vintage aesthetic. Limited to 1,450 pieces, with a retail price of €2,000 EUR.

The King Seiko KS1969 (SJE121) pays homage to the intricate patterns Hattori developed in his early watches. The gray gradient dial features a vignette effect, highlighting the gold-colored hands and faceted indices. The 39.4mm case is enhanced by the Caliber 6L35 and multi-row bracelet with mirror and brushed finishing. Limited to 800 pieces, priced at €3,200 EUR.
