The Traslacion ng Black Nazarene sa Enero 9 ay inaasahang makakaranas ng maulap na kalangitan at hiwa-hiwalay na mahihinang ulan, ayon sa PAGASA. Sa umaga, posibleng maranasan ng Metro Manila ang maulap na panahon na may panaka-nakang pag-ulan.
Moderate to strong winds from the northeast are also expected, while the heat index in the morning may reach 30°C. Devotees are advised to prepare against heat and sudden rain.
By the afternoon, skies will remain partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated light rains, and the heat index may rise to 31°C. The procession will be held from Quirino Grandstand to Quiapo Church, which is attended by millions of devotees every year.
