Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) together with dealer partner Izu South Motors Corporation, officially reopened the Isuzu Zamboanga City Dealership with a new IOS-compliant design. This is part of the “Road to 50” initiative, which aims to expand and modernize Isuzu’s dealer network nationwide to meet the growing needs of the regions.
The opening was led by IPC Department Head for Dealer Sales Mario Ojales, Izu South Motors Corporation General Manager Patrick Lee, and Zamboanga City Mayor Khymer Olaso. This demonstrates Isuzu's further strengthened commitment to supporting local industries, SMEs, and government organizations that rely on durable and efficient vehicles.
The unveiling showcased a completely modernized dealership designed to enhance customer experience and after-sales support. The 3,396-square-meter facility has a 197-square-meter showroom with a IOS-compliant facade, which can display three light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and one commercial vehicle (CV).
The upgrade also includes a spacious Customer and Sales Lounge for more comfortable consultations on vehicle selection, financing, and services. The 1,200-square-meter Service Area has seven service bays for LCVs and two truck bays, designed for more efficient and reliable fleet servicing.
The rollout of IOS-compliant dealerships continues as a testament to Isuzu's dedication to first-class customer service and modern facilities. This ensures a consistently high-quality customer experience—from purchase to after-sales care—reflecting Isuzu's trusted quality.
