Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) announced the official results from the DOE Fuel Eco-Run 2025 held in September.
Eco-Run took place on the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) and covered approximately 155 kilometers. Two e:HEV hybrid models of Honda participated and surpassed the previous record from the UNR-101 Test Results.
Honda Civic RS e:HEV – DOE Fuel-Eco Run: 30.12 km/L | UNR-101 Standard: 24.2 km/L
Honda HR-V RS e:HEV – DOE Fuel-Eco Run: 28.08 km/L | UNR-101 Standard: 23.8 km/L
Both models feature the Honda e:HEV full hybrid system that embodies sporty DNA, delivering excellent fuel efficiency and practicality for a cleaner and greener future.
The result is part of Honda's commitment to a carbon neutrality goal by 2050 for all of its products.
