Half Saints has officially opened a new branch at the Milestone Building in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. Since 2018, it has been known in Quezon City for its delicious food and use of ingredients sourced from the local community.
Favorites like Chicharron Teriyaki, Arroz Con Pollo, and Dark Chocolate Tart continue to be on the menu. At the new branch, they have also added exclusive dishes like Fried Thai Pork Ribs with tamarind glaze and fish sauce, and the unique Caesar Tree made with broccoli, bacon, and Grana Padano cheese.
One of the standout dishes is the Soft Shell Crab Risotto with crab fat and tobiko, as well as the Sea Bass and Beans with a spicy khao soi base. There's also a new breakfast menu here, from toast to rice meals, and a gin cart with a variety of flavors.
According to owners Christine Roque and Jo Arciaga, they maintain the same quality and care in every dish. All food is house-made—from the bread to the cocktail mix-ins—to ensure freshness and authentic flavor.
Half Saints BGC aims to showcase the same heart and passion that made their first branch famous, while providing a new dining experience for BGC residents and visitors.
