The Eraserheads Electric Fun Music Festival (EFMF) has been postponed again. It was originally scheduled for May 31, 2025, but was moved to October 18 due to issues with guitarist Marcus Adoro. Now, organizers have announced that it will only be held in the first quarter of 2026.
According to organizers, the decision was made due to political instability, economic uncertainty, and climate-related concerns that affected their plans. They said it was the most responsible move for artists, partners, and fans.
All ticket holders will get a full refund. Details will be released on EFMF's official social media on how to get the refund. Ticket prices will be returned to their peso value.
EFMF's return is still expected to be stronger, more inclusive, and more impactful. The lineup still includes well-known bands such as The Itchyworms, Moonstar88, Imago, Blaster, and General Luna.
While postponed, the members of Eraserheads are still busy with their respective projects. Ely Buendia is on a promo tour for his album “Method Adaptor,” Raimund Marasigan continues to play with Sandwich and Pedicab, Buddy Zabala is active in Moonstar88, and Adoro is busy painting.
