Disney+ has released the official teaser trailer for Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2. In the new video, Percy, Annabeth, and Grover are seen as they head into the dangerous Sea of Monsters in search of the Golden Fleece. The new season will premiere on December 10, 2025.
Season 2 is based on Rick Riordan's second book, The Sea of Monsters. In the story, Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell) returns to Camp Half-Blood a year later to find that everything is in disarray. His relationship with Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries) is changing, he learns that he has a Cyclops sibling, Grover (Aryan Simhadri) is missing, and Camp Half-Blood is being ravaged by the forces of Kronos. Percy must find the Golden Fleece to save their world.
The main cast, Walker Scobell as Percy, Leah Sava Jeffries as Annabeth, and Aryan Simhadri as Grover, will return. The teaser shows the three in tough battles and emotional scenes. There are also new characters such as Daniel Diemer as Tyson (Percy's Cyclops half-brother), Timothy Simons as Tantalus, and the Gray Sisters Sandra Bernhard, Kristen Schaal, and Margaret Cho.
