The “For Sale” tarpaulin hanging at the gate of former President Rodrigo Duterte in Davao City has been removed. The tarp was first seen on Saturday at Duterte's house in Doña Luisa Village, Barangay Matina.
In an interview with DZRH, his partner Honeylet Avanceña confirmed that the house and land are indeed for sale. “My chest hurts every time I go in. I'm the only one there. There are four helpers but no boss. We left after what happened,” she said in the text.
Honeylet added that she can no longer sleep at home because the lawyers ordered her to install CCTV even inside the room.
By Sunday morning, residents noticed that the tarpaulin was gone.
