Langen Motorcycles, known for manufacturing Two Stroke and LightSpeed motorcycles, is now assisting owners of CCM Spitfire and GP450 after CCM announced its closure in the first week of June 2025.
According to Christofer Ratcliffe, founder of Langen, several of their staff previously worked at CCM and have in-depth engineering knowledge of motorcycles from 2010 to 2020.
They have set up space at their headquarters for the necessary repair and service of CCM bikes. Paul Atkinson, who has been well-known within CCM for decades, will also join Langen and focus solely on Spitfire and GP450 owners.
They will also assist "The Spitfire Surgeon", a mobile technician, with service parts and parts manufacturing. For those who need help, you can email info@langenmotorcycles.co.uk.
CCM was first established in 1971 and is known for producing quality, handcrafted motorcycles in the UK. In a social media post, CCM said they were facing an uncertain future, and everyone hoped that this was not the end of CCM.
