A viral empanada vendor in Cebu has become an inspiration to many netizens after he was captured on video happily peddling inside an e-jeepney.
Kiss Dane Quiros shared this on May 30, while on his way home from work. On his Instagram, dad can be seen carrying a large container of empanadas and smiling incomparable as passengers buy them.
“If you think your life is too hard, go out and observe the world,” the text in the video says. It has already reached over 1 million views on TikTok, and has left many thinking and feeling deeply.
Dad's food costs P20 per piece. According to Kiss, it's a simple way to help and make people happy. “The food is delicious, I'm just happy when I see dad's smile, it's so genuine,” he said in the interview.
This is a reminder to all of us that sometimes, we just need to look around to realize how blessed we are.
