BMW Motorrad has unveiled its new motorcycle — the Concept RR superbike — at the 2025 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. It is based on the M 1000 RR used by Toprak Razgatlıoğlu, and has more than 230 hp from a water-cooled inline four-cylinder engine. It brings BMW's World Superbike (WSBK) racing technology to the road.
Made of carbon and aluminum materials, the Concept RR is lightweight and designed for fast and smooth performance. From its small but effective fairing, to its tail with glowing RR emblem, the bike is all about speed. It also has winglets, traction control, and engine braking system taken from the M 1000 RR.
Also introduced is the Concept RR LTD jacket, a special leather jacket made in collaboration with MEINDL using calf Nappa leather. Only 50 pieces will be produced.
According to Markus Flasch, Head of BMW Motorrad, it is a "real masterpiece" that demonstrates BMW's serious desire to further enhance performance, design, and technology. The Concept RR symbolizes a new era of BMW superbikes — race-ready but road-legal.
