Two suspects were immediately arrested for the attempted robbery of an Indian national in Malabon City yesterday, according to a report by authorities.
According to NCRPO Chief Police Major General Anthony Aberin, the suspects allegedly followed the 36-year-old victim right to his house. When the victim resisted, he was shot in the arm.
The personnel of the Malabon City Police Station immediately responded, so the suspects were immediately arrested. It was learned that they had a previous case of robbery.
PMGen. Aberin added that the public can now expect faster action from the police due to the increased police presence on the streets throughout Metro Manila.
