Life is not easy especially when you are short of money and you want to make someone you love happy. Dad, even though he knows it is wrong, still chooses to steal chocolate for his son. For him, even a small thing like Toblerone, this is a great joy for his sick son.
Dad's story is touching. We don't know the weight of what each person is going through. A simple sin, sometimes accompanied by love. Even though what he did was difficult, I hope there is still room for understanding and forgiveness.
Parenting is a sacrifice. And sometimes, this sacrifice involves making the wrong decision. But if love is the reason, it would be easier to understand. Hopefully, more people can see Dad's heart and not just his mistakes.
