
Young Netflix actress Millena Brandao, known for her role in the series Sintonia, passed away on May 2 at the age of 11. Her mother, Thays Brandao, announced the news on Instagram. She shared a photo of her daughter with a halo and said, “I’m sure she’s with our Great Father.”
According to Thays, Millena started feeling severe headaches and leg pain at the end of April. She was taken to the doctor and told that it was dengue fever but she was not tested. They were just told to go home and given medicine.
As Millena's condition worsened, she found it difficult to walk and lost her appetite. She was rushed back to the hospital after fainting. When she woke up, she screamed from a headache.
A CT scan showed that his brain was only five centimeters away. He experienced multiple cardiac arrests in the hospital. In total, this amounted to 13 and 7 respiratory arrests in one day. He was later declared brain dead and removed from life support.
Millena first appeared on TV in 2023 on SBT. Besides Sintonia, she also starred in A infância de Romeu e Julieta and A Caverna Encantada.
