Hennessey has released the H600 upgrade for the 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, featuring a supercharged 6.2L V8 engine with 625 horsepower and 633 lb-ft of torque. The performance of America's two most popular full-size SUVs has been increased, now with sports car-level power.
The H600 package includes a Magnuson supercharger, sport-touring exhaust, Brembo brakes, 24-inch gloss black wheels, and a lowered suspension for sportier handling. It also features Hennessey badging, making the upgraded models instantly recognizable.
The H600 Tahoe and Suburban marked a new era for Hennessey, as they were the first GM models to be sold directly through authorized Chevrolet dealers across the US. Now, you can buy the upgraded SUVs with full GM financing options, dealer support, and warranty that includes Hennessey’s 3-year/36,000-mile limited coverage.
John Hennessey, founder and CEO, called the upgrade a passion project: “We’ve always loved Suburbans for their versatility. Now, with 625 horsepower, these are true driver’s SUVs—fast, capable, and still practical.”
The H600 package is only available on models with the 6.2L V8 engine and comes with Firestone Firehawk Pursuit tires and six-piston front Brembo brakes to handle the extra power. Orders are open today via Hennessey’s official site and at participating GM dealerships nationwide.
