A 30-year-old member of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) was arrested Monday morning after allegedly harassing a waitress at a restaurant in EDSA, Pasay City, according to police.
According to the police report, while the victim was serving orders, the suspect allegedly walked behind her and with bad intentions, kissed the victim's buttocks before immediately going to the comfort room.
The victim waited until the suspect came out and spoke to him about the incident. He also sought help from the establishment's bouncer, which led to the suspect's arrest inside the premises.
The suspect was taken to the Baclaran Sub-Station 5 of the Pasay City Police Station for documentation. Subsequently, she underwent a physical examination at the Pasay City General Hospital before being recommended to the Women and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) for thorough investigation.
