Carmen's Best surprises ice cream lovers again this 2026 with two limited-edition flavors inspired by classic desserts. One of them is Ube Halaya, which turns the favorite Filipino dessert into rich and creamy ice cream.
More than just taste, the new flavors have a meaningful purpose. With every purchase of Ube Jalaya and Tiramisu, you benefit HOPE Philippines, which helps build public school classrooms nationwide. So, while you enjoy dessert, you're also helping to educate the youth.
The limited-edition flavors are available nationwide at Carmen's Best stores and online. The 440 ml pints cost ₱520, while scoops are ₱195 at stores in Rockwell, SM North Edsa, SM Mall of Asia, SM Makati, and Shangri-La Mall. Additionally, the Milk Bar was also launched, a simple yet indulgent frozen treat made with 100% fresh milk, no artificial colors or sweeteners, and with 183 calories per bar.
With the continued increase in demand for local dairy, Carmen's Best along with Metro Pacific Agro Ventures and LR Group opened Metro Pacific Dairy farms in 2025. Here, there are more than 200 Purebred Holstein Friesian cows, helping to increase local milk production. In addition, new scooping stations have also opened in Cebu, with plans to expand to Bukidnon, so more ice cream lovers can taste their favorite flavors.
