A teacher died after fainting and hitting his head while conducting his classroom observation at a high school in Muntinlupa City on Monday. He was in the middle of teaching in front of his students when he suddenly felt dizziness, lost consciousness, and fell.
He was immediately taken to the hospital but unfortunately, he passed away a few hours later. The incident has caused deep sorrow among the students and fellow teachers of the deceased teacher.
The Teachers’ Dignity Coalition (TDC) confirmed the tragedy and extended their sympathy to the teacher's family. According to the TDC, it is important that classroom observations be supportive and not add to the burden on teachers.
