The MMFF 2025 had a colorful Awards Night at the Dusit Thani Manila on December 27, 2025. I'mPerfect won the First Best Picture, featured actors with Down's syndrome, and also won the new Jury Prize for Best Ensemble. Krystel Go, the main star, Best Actress, who competed with Nadine Lustre, Angelica Panganiban, and Bianca de Vera.
Manila's Finest and Unmarry took home the most awards. Manila's Finest has eight wins including Third Best Picture (with Call Me Mother), Best Cinematography, Production Design, Sound, Musical Score, and Original Song "Sandalan". It also won the Gatpuno Antonio J. Villegas Cultural Award.

Special Awards: Fernando Poe Jr. Memorial Award (Bar Boys: After School), Gender Sensitivity Award (Call Me Mother), and Breakthrough Performance (Zack Sibug of Unmarry).
