The Nubia Fold has been officially launched in Japan and stands out for having the largest battery in a foldable at 6560mAh with 55W charging.
It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage, making it stable and fast in performance.
The main display is an 8-inch 120Hz OLED with a 2480×2200 resolution, while the outer display is a 6.5-inch 120Hz OLED with a 2748×1172 resolution. It also supports split view in some apps like camera, maps, and video calls.
For the camera, the Nubia Fold has three 50-megapixel sensors—main, ultrawide, and macro—and 20-megapixel selfie cameras on the same display. It comes with Android 15 out of the box, an IP54 rating, a side fingerprint scanner, and face unlock.
It is priced at JPY 178,560 (around Php 68,000) in Japan, which is more affordable compared to other brands such as HUAWEI, Samsung, OPPO, HONOR, and vivo. It will be available in Japan on November 4, and is expected to expand to other countries in 2026.
