Grab Philippines has announced free airport shuttle rides this holiday season to make travel easier for passengers. According to their data, trips take 20–25% longer due to heavy traffic, while demand is expected to increase 36% this last quarter. As a result, TNVS drivers are making fewer trips per day.

To help, Grab has partnered with New NAIA Infra Corp (NNIC) to provide free shuttle rides during times when Grab cars are hard to come by. They are also in talks with DoTR and LTFRB to ensure that passengers have enough ride options this holiday season. Grab PH Managing Director Ronald Roda said they are doing everything they can to improve service compared to last year.

Grab has also started “Sabay Sakay” shared rides, in partnership with the DOTr, for the Pasig–Makati and Pasig–BGC routes. This aims to fill more seats especially when ride availability is low. At the same time, they are also boosting Grab Group Rides, where hosts can share a link and book up to four passengers at once.
In delivery services, Grab launched Party Platters to make bulk food orders easier this Christmas season. Orders are split among multiple riders to avoid overloading a single driver and to ensure fast and smooth delivery even when demand is high.
