
The Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill at Newport World Resorts, Pasay, has introduced a special holiday menu from November 21 to January 4. The menu features the Beef Wellington log — wagyu beef fillet with mushrooms, truffle creamed Koffmann’s potatoes and red wine, perfect for the whole family (P29,888).
For Thanksgiving and Christmas, a Hungarian turkey weighing up to six kilos is prepared, enough for six to eight people. The dish includes roasted potatoes, baby carrots, braised red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and cranberry jelly. A 48-hour reservation is required for the whole turkey (P16,000), while an individual roasted turkey breast is P1,500.

There’s also a Christmas wreath salad with kale, quinoa, carrot, beetroot, pomegranate, goat cheese and orange dressing. For dessert, there’s Christmas pudding with brandy butter sauce. You can also sample festive cocktails like mulled wine, Christmas Baubletini, New Year’s Midnight Glitter, and Bailey’s gingerbread espresso affogato martini for the perfect balance of sweet and sour.
