The 2026 Porsche Cayenne Electric has been officially unveiled, and the Turbo model becomes Porsche's most powerful vehicle yet, with 1,139 hp and 1,106 lb-ft with Launch Control. It can accelerate from 0–60 mph in 2.4 seconds and complete the quarter mile in 9.9 seconds.
It is powered by an 800-volt platform and a 113 kWh battery, with 400 kW fast charging that can charge from 10% to 80% in 16 minutes. It also has up to 600 kW regenerative braking, which takes care of most of the braking in everyday driving.
This model is also more practical. The longer wheelbase means more rear legroom, and cargo space ranges from 19.5 to 56.1 cubic feet, with 3.2 cu-ft frunk. There's 7,716 lbs towing capacity, Off-Road Design Package, and adaptive air suspension for smoother handling on any road.
On the outside, it looks more aero and more sleek — with a lower hood, slim Matrix LED headlights, frameless doors, and 0.25 drag coefficient. For the Turbo, the Turbonite accents and active aero blades standout.
Inside, Porsche has introduced the Flow Display cockpit for the first time, with their largest display setup: curved OLED center screen, three display panels, AR head-up display, AI Voice Pilot, Mood Modes, and interior surface heating for extra comfort.
The gas and hybrid models won't be going away anytime soon either, as the Cayenne Electric will be released alongside other powertrain options. Pricing starts at $109,000 USD for the Cayenne Electric and $163,000 USD for the Turbo Electric, and is expected to be released late Summer 2026.
