BMW Philippines has introduced a new plug-in hybrid variant to the 7 Series lineup, the BMW 750e xDrive PHEV, priced at P 7,990,000. The package includes a portable flexi charger and a 5-year or 200,000 km warranty.
Powered by a BMW TwinPower Turbo 3.0L inline 6-cylinder engine and an electric motor, it delivers 489 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, while having a top speed of 250 km/h. There is an 8-speed Steptronic Sport Transmission and xDrive all-wheel-drive system for a fast and smooth drive.
Plug-in hybrid system provides an electric range of up to 86 km, ideal for quiet, zero-emission driving. There are various drive modes, from pure electric to hybrid, and energy recuperation that charges the battery during deceleration. Total range using the engine and electric motor is around 750 km.
The BMW 750e xDrive's design is elegant and modern, with an iconic kidney grille with "Iconic Glow," adaptive LED headlights, and 20-inch alloy wheels. A panoramic glass roof lets in natural light, while soft-close doors and the Comfort Access system make it easy to use.
Inside, premium Veganza upholstery and Fineline Open Pore Wood Trim, electric adjustable seats with memory, Bowers & Wilkins Surround Sound, 4-zone climate control, and adaptive 2-axle air suspension for a comfortable ride. There is BMW Live Cockpit Plus for digital integration and wireless charging.
