Kim Atienza's son Emman shared a prayer before his passing. Kim shared it on her Instagram on October 28, 2025. In the video, Emman can be seen praying with her father.
In prayer, Emman said: "Thank you, Lord, for all the blessings and all the support you have given me. I am so grateful for everything. I know that everything is in Your plan and journey, so thank you very much."
On October 25, Kim also shared a video of her daughter singing in a recording studio. In the caption, she said: "The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; praise the name of the Lord."
The family announced Emman's passing on October 24. In a statement, they said: "We are saddened to share the sudden passing of our son and brother, Emman. He brought joy, laughter, and love to our lives and to all who knew him. His authenticity helped many people not feel alone."
The family plans to hold a wake for Emman in Manila. Kim thanked everyone who sent messages of sympathy and love. Emman was 19 years old when he passed away.
