The Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) has reminded travelers to purchase bus tickets early before October 30. According to PITX Senior Corporate Affairs Officer Kolyn Calbasa, most trips are almost fully booked as thousands of passengers depart Metro Manila for Undas 2025.
An estimated 180,000 people per day will pass through the terminal from October 28 to November 5. Calbasa also advised the public to only buy tickets at official booths or online to avoid scams. He added that it is better to travel light to avoid difficulties during security checks, especially for those carrying large luggage.
It is expected that the return of passengers will begin on November 3 to November 5. Last year, the number of passengers who passed through PITX during Undas reached more than 2 million.
Meanwhile, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has also put airports nationwide on heightened alert. CAAP advised travelers to arrive two hours before their flight and to avoid prohibited items. It is also a strict reminder that bomb jokes are prohibited as they can cause major inconvenience and fines of up to ₱50,000 or more.
As Undas approaches, authorities remain alert to ensure the safe and smooth travel of all Filipinos returning to their provinces.
