MAPPA has confirmed that Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku Season 2 will begin this January 2026. The new trailer shows darker battles and more intense emotions in the story of Gabimaru and Yuzuriha.
The story returns to the dangerous island of Shinsenkyo, where Gabimaru and Yuzuriha continue their search for the Elixir of Life. Along with this, they face new enemies and alliances that could fall apart at any moment.
Part of the so-called “dark trio” of shōnen along with Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man, the series is known for its intense action, psychological tension, and stunning animation. Season 2 is expected to be even more polished to better portray the dark world created by Yūji Kaku.
The premiere is officially set for January 2026 on major TV networks in Japan. At the same time, there will also be online streaming for a wider audience around the world.
