
The National Police Commission (Napolcom) said there is sufficient evidence to file administrative charges against 12 police officers involved in the disappearance and killing of sabungeros.
They were charged with grave misconduct, irregular performance of duty, and conduct unbecoming of a police officer. According to Napolcom, there were also groups that tried to influence the investigation.
