The robbery incident involving two teenagers was caught on CCTV in Barangay San Isidro, Taytay, Rizal early Monday morning, July 28, 2025.
CCTV footage shows two boys, ages 14 and 17, walking on Loyola Street. They watched for a moment before one of them climbed over the grills of a house to reach a pair of hanging pants. They immediately ran away after grabbing the pants.
According to the barangay, they saw the incident while monitoring CCTV. They immediately responded and caught the teenagers in a computer shop. They were brought to the barangay for investigation.
When the barangay recovered the stolen pants, the teenagers said they threw them on the bridge because they were old. They planned to sell the pants to buy time at the computer shop.
Barangay guards have already turned over the two minors to the Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) for further action.
