Korean Actress Kang Seo Ha Passes Away at Age 31

Actress Kang Seo Ha has passed away after her battle with cancer, according to confirmed reports by Korean media outlets such as Soompi and Koreaboo on July 14. She was 31 years old.

A Instagram post from someone believed to be her relative shared memories of Kang Seo Ha. It shared several photos and videos of the actress from years past and said that even though Seo Ha is in a lot of pain, she still thinks about the well-being of others.

According to the post, "I still can't believe it, unnie. Even though you were so sick, you still thought of me and others. Even though you could barely eat, you insisted on paying for my food with your own card and didn't let me skip a meal."

Kang Seo Ha's burial will be held at the funeral hall of Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, and her funeral will be held on July 16, 7:40 a.m.. She will be buried in their family grave in Haman, Gyeongnam Province.

Kang Seo Ha graduated from Korea National University of Arts and first became known in 2012 in the music video “Getting Farther Away” by Brave Guys. She appeared in Korean series such as Schoolgirl Detectives, Heart Surgeons, and her latest project was the film Mangnaein (In The Net) with Kim Seon Ho and Park Gyu Young.
