Motorists who may have traffic violations under the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) of the MMDA can now check online if they have any arrests. In a Facebook post by the MMDA on June 16, they said the "May Huli Ka" website is now open and can be accessed using a cellphone, tablet, or computer.
Upon entering the website, you just need to enter your plate number, conduction sticker, and motor vehicle file number. Then, click "Check" to see if there is a violation. If there is, the site will also show you how to pay the fine, where to pay it, and how to appeal if you want to contest the case.
NCAP was re-implemented on May 26. When a violation occurs, it is reviewed by MMDA operators using CCTV footage. If confirmed, a Notice of Violation will be issued immediately and sent to the motorist's address.
The fine can be paid online through the Landbank portal or in person at the MMDA Redemption Office in Pasig. Failure to pay will result in the vehicle's license plate being placed on the LTO alarm list, which could result in it being deregistered.
NCAP covers major roads in Metro Manila such as EDSA, Roxas Blvd., Taft Ave., Shaw Blvd., Quezon Ave., and others. NCAP was previously suspended in 2022, but May 20, 2025, the Supreme Court allowed it again but only the MMDA can implement it.
