A tragedy that many people hated occurred at a plantation in West Coast, Lampung Province, Indonesia. The siblings, ages 8 and 4, were found dead after they said goodbye to their parents who were going to the plantation to pick durian. By evening, they still hadn't returned home, so their family and neighbors began searching.
Tragically, at around 10:30 p.m., the two brothers were found inside a plantation, approximately 200 meters away from their home. Their bodies were hugging each other and both had severe injuries, including a broken arm of one of them and serious head injuries. According to authorities, it is possible that sharp objects were used to inflict the injuries.
The case is still being investigated as a homicide. It was learned that there was a previous dispute between the children's parents and a neighbor, but no suspect or motive has been confirmed so far. The community is deeply saddened and calls for justice for the two innocent victims.
