A 21-year-old woman was raped by a 32-year-old man after she asked for help in finding her live-in partner who had not returned home for three days. The man sent the woman to his house in Cainta, Rizal, where the rape occurred.
Since there were only two of them, the man used intimidation so the woman could not stop the attack that occurred. The man has been arrested and is facing rape charges. He also has a debt to the law due to previous cases of illegal drugs and gambling.
The man insisted that the woman consented to sex, but the police disputed this and confirmed the arrest warrant issued on May 7, 2025. He is currently in the custody of the Cainta PNP while awaiting trial.
