The story of a woman who is deeply in love but still can't forget her past is a harsh reminder that sometimes, even when we move on, the healing process is still difficult. Yesterday, I watched a movie about a couple about to break up. It wasn't dramatic — it was just simple, mature, and well-rounded conversation, which is rare in movies.
The woman wanted to break up, even though the man still loved her. They went to her mother's house in the province to break the news. This made me think that sometimes, no matter how deep the love, there are times when a relationship will not work out. I learned that the woman had loved a poor farmer in her youth. Despite all the obstacles, their love grew stronger.
But, eventually, the farmer died, and even though he got married, he was unable to truly love his wife. It was as if there was a "ghost" of his first love that kept tormenting him. So I asked myself: how many people have loved so much, but until now, still haven't been able to move on?
