Residents of San Jose del Monte (SJDM), Bulacan will now experience a stronger water supply after PrimeWater San Jose del Monte, together with its partner San Jose del Monte Water District, completed the Interconnection Point 2 in Barangay Muzon.
This project aims to fix pressure imbalance and increase water in densely populated areas of the city. Last year, the supply increased from 85.223 MLD (million liters/day) and is now at 122.356 MLD.
According to Engr. Lanie Cariño-Quinto, operations head in North Luzon, their water projects are ongoing to ensure that all subscribers have an adequate water supply.
Currently, the transmission line extension from Barangay Tungkong Mangga to Gaya-Gaya is also being constructed, to cover elevated areas.
PrimeWater and SJDM Water District assured that they will work together further to further strengthen and manage water supply throughout the city, especially as the population grows.
