The SUPREME COURT has ruled that RAPE is the correct term for the crime, and that the use of the term “SIMPLE RAPE.” According to the court, there is no SIMPLE in RAPE because it reduces the burden and pain suffered by the victim.
The clarification came after the court upheld the verdict of a man convicted of RASING A 13-YEAR-OLD CHILD. The Supreme Court noticed that the lower court had used the wrong term, so it corrected it.
It was also explained that due to the ANTI-RAPE LAW OF 1997, RAPE is considered a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY, just like MURDER. That is, it is a SERIOUS CRIME that causes PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, and should not be underestimated in words or decisions.
