The new trailer for IT: Welcome to Derry has been released and is ready to bring fear to viewers. The series will shed light on the origin of Pennywise, who will once again be played by Bill Skarsgård.
It will premiere starting October 26, 9:00 p.m. ET/PT which is equivalent to October 27, 9:00 a.m. Philippine time, on HBO. The eight-episode series will run until December 14, so horror fans can expect a week of horror-filled action.
Andy and Barbara Muschietti return with Jason Fuchs to flesh out the story. Andy Muschietti will also direct several episodes. The cast includes Jovan Adepo, Taylour Paige, Chris Chalk, and Skarsgård as the terrifying Pennywise the Dancing Clown.
According to the trailer, it will show how evil began in the town of Derry and how this creature has haunted the people for a long time. It will provide a new look at the town's dark history and the origin of one of the most terrifying characters in the horror universe.
Are you ready to face Pennywise again? The full series will premiere this October and will definitely bring terror until December.
