
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region IV-A CALABARZON announced the distribution of license plates for vehicles with backlog from 2014 to 2017. After resolving the 11-year delay, motorists can now collect their license plates at designated locations.
As part of the Oplan: Stop, Plate, and Go program, the LTO will conduct a plate distribution caravan in Cavite from August 13 to August 17, 2025. This aims to bring the service directly to the communities for a faster and smoother process, in line with the “New Philippines” promise of good public service.
Plate Distribution Schedule in Cavite:
August 13, 2025: Kawit (Brgy. Samala-Marquez, 5:00 PM–7:00 PM), Indang (Cavite State University, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM)
August 14, 2025: Kawit (Brgy. Samala-Marquez, 5:00 PM–7:00 PM), Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo (Covered Court, 9:00 AM–11:00 AM)
August 15, 2025: Kawit (Brgy. Samala-Marquez, 5:00 PM–7:00 PM)
Agosto 16, 2025: Bacoor City (Brgy. Molino 3 at Bayanan, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM), GMA (Sports Complex, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM), Cavite City (Samonte Park, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), Tanza (Convention Center, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM), Dasmariñas (Brgy. Burol 1, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM), Trece Martires City (De Ocampo Covered Court, 8:00 AM–11:00 AM), Naic (Brgy. San Roque, 1:30 PM–5:00 PM), Tanza (SM City Tanza, simula 8:00 AM)
To obtain the license plate, you must bring a photocopy of OR and CR, Deed of Sale if applicable, and authorization letter with valid ID if collecting through a representative.
