Thai superstar Lisa from K-pop group Blackpink has released a short film for her song "Dream". She stars alongside Japanese actor Kentaro Sakaguchi in a story of love and sadness.
In the five-minute video uploaded to her label's YouTube channel, Lisa is seen in a lamay, where her and Sakaguchi's paths cross again. The two get into a car and are shown black-and-white scenes that flash back to their past, which ends with a painful twist.
Before the short film began, Lisa gave a message saying that "Dream" was special to her. She said it was a story of love, loss, and true feelings. She also praised Sakaguchi as a great actor who helped bring the story to life.
"Dream" is a melodious ballad that closes her first solo album, "Alter Ego", which was released in February. In May, Sakaguchi visited the Philippines for a fan meeting. Meanwhile, Lisa is set to return to the country in November with Blackpink for a two-day concert at the Philippine Arena, where ticket prices range from ₱5,000 to ₱20,000.
