52-year-old Francesca Torres from Barangay San Felipe, Cuenca, Batangas, happily won P200,000 from “Scratch It Go Bananas”, a scratch card game of PCSO. According to the report, she simply bought a ticket without any plan or strategy.
“I'm happy because I won Scratch It,” said Torres. He added that he will use the prize for renovating his house and his children's education. He still continues to play scratch cards even after winning the jackpot.
Torres is the fifth jackpot winner from the Cuenca outlet. His story, which first surfaced in January, was re-shared on social media in May after it was posted by Pilipinas Today. It garnered 12,000 likes, 1,400 comments, and 970 shares.
