In a public auction conducted by the Bureau of Customs (BOC), the 2023 Rolls-Royce Cullinan owned by contractor couple Sarah and Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya was the only one sold out of 10 luxury vehicles put up for bidding. The said vehicle, which went viral due to controversy, was sold for P29,026,000, slightly higher than the set floor price of P29,025,132.58.
The luxury SUV was purchased by Igorot Stone Kingdom Inc., represented by founder Pio Velasco, after it failed to find a buyer in the first two auctions. It initially had a floor price of P45.314 million in November 2025 and was lowered to P36.28 million in December 2025. According to Velasco, their goal is to preserve the vehicle as a “piece of history” that has been at the center of the national discourse on alleged corruption.
Meanwhile, eight other vehicles connected to the Discaya couple, including the Bentley Bentayga, Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon Denali, Lincoln Navigator, and Maserati Levante Modena models, were not sold. Two Bugatti Chirons (2017 and 2019 models) with floor prices of P149.94 million and P160.43 million, respectively, also did not receive bids. Some of the vehicles were linked to a Senate investigation into Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs).
According to the BOC, the latest auction raised a total of P29,042,150, including bidders' registration fees. The previous two auctions raised P47,722,010. A reauction is scheduled for February 25, 2026 for unsold vehicles, while the possibility of direct offers for Bentleys and Bugattis is being studied, depending on the agency's leadership's decision.
