The ASUS ROG Xreal R1 is a new gaming glasses with a 240Hz Micro-OLED FHD display. It can project up to 171-inch virtual screen at 4 meters, providing an immersive gaming experience.
The R1 is compatible with ROG Ally, PC, and consoles like Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X using the ROG Control Dock. All you need is a USB-C connection for seamless setup.
It is built with dual Micro-OLED displays with 1080p resolution per eye and 120Hz refresh rate. It has a peak brightness of 600 nits so the screen is clear even in bright surroundings.
Also included are ROG gaming enhancements, such as low-latency input and TUV Rheinland-certified eye comfort technology, which helps reduce blue light and flicker during long gaming sessions. There are also Ultra-linear speakers for immersive spatial audio.
The ROG Xreal R1 is set to hit the global market in the coming months, but the official price has not yet been revealed.
