The MMDA has launched new UPGRADES on the NCAP PORTAL YOU ARE LATE to provide faster and easier service to motorists.
With the new portal, you can now view PHOTOS AND VIDEO of violations using just the PLATE NUMBER and MV FILE NUMBER. You can also register MULTIPLE VEHICLES in a single account, which will help TNVS, LOGISTICS, and FLEET OWNERS.
There is also a E-CONTEST FEATURE where the latter can be disputed online. Just upload DOCUMENTS and receive EMAIL UPDATE from the MMDA's TAD.
According to MMDA CHAIRMAN DON ARTES, the goal of these changes is to make checking motorists' records more EASY AND ACCESSIBLE, even ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.
In addition, payment will now be accepted via GCASH, with only PHP 7 FEE. Also coming soon are AI SPEED CAMERAS for OVERSPEEDING. Currently, the MMDA has 186 AI CAMERAS, 348 CCTV, and 100 BODY CAMS.
